Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled twenty-four (24) hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a cancellation charge unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Reservations canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time, no-shows, or reservations where the passenger cannot be contacted are subject to the full trip charge.

Certain services, including hourly charters, special events, affiliate reservations, holidays, and major events, may be subject to different cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking.
